Roles and what each one can do.

Send an invitation

1Settings → Team → Invite someone.
2Enter their email and choose a role. Invitations expire after 7 days.
3They create an account (or sign in) from the email link and land in your store.

Roles

Owner: everything, including billing. Admin: everything except billing. Staff: products, orders, discounts and AI. Fulfillment: view and ship orders, adjust stock. Support: read-only orders and customers. Analyst: read-only data and analytics.

Permissions are enforced on the server for every page and action, not just hidden in the menu.
